Owia Kenshin is the current Col. of the First Fuji Rifle Regiment, as such it one of the most important and well liked officers in the Fuji Regiment, there is talk of promoting him into the Fuji Regimental Command when and opening comes up or Field Marshal Himura Kenshin decides to add a position. He well thought of in his Regiment and leads by example, not by shouting orders to people and watching other do the real work. because of this he is considered to be very luck as a number of scars and the like mark his body. He has a reputation as a ladies' man and can be seen often flirting with females in Imperial forces other than his own regiment. It said he dallied with even members of the Ordo Hereticus and members of the Orders of the Sisters of Battle.
