Welcome to the The unexpected Allies of this page. here
you will find much like the Unexpected Allies book's NPC for the Third Edition D10 Legend of the Five Rings Role-playing game. Each has a
number of facts and back story for them to fit into a standard L5R
story. Feel free to customize them as you will for you game. Several of
which were first created in first edition. So there are the occasional
references to versions Way of books. Many people have
comment on my love for anime pictures for these characters and all I
really can say is that I am a fairly visual person and a poor artist so
I like to have some kind of images for people to look at. [Yes they have been all updated to Third Edition, However, weapon skills are still listed the old way (I.E. Yarijutsu, Chisaijutsu {war fan}, Kyujutsu, etc. with Third edition rules. it just a style thing] Most of the NPC have been updated to the Current time line.
